- I am in charge of Business Development for two companies.
- Attended site visits for Base Operations,
Logistical, Custodial, Transient Alert, Ground Maintenance, Commissary
and Quality Control functions at various sites.
- Written proposals for Rebids and A-76 Studies Logistical,
Custodial, Fuels and warehousing including the management and
technical volumes. Developed manning documents, organizational charts,
and matrix of duties. Additionally, I have prepared quality, safety
and security, key control sections as required.

- Consult with clients on bid/no bid

PRIOR MILITARY EXPERIENCE
Aug 95 - Jun 97(Retired) Hazardous Materials (HAZMART) Supervisor
Minot AFB, ND: Formulated policy for storing, issuing, and
procurement of items as needed. Developed monthly analysis on
implementation of HAZMART, budget requirements, and environmental
impacts. Surveyed, inspected and evaluated industrial work centers and
community activities to eliminate hazards and ensure compliance with
EPA, DoD, and Air Force Directives. Supervised 13 personnel.
Sep 93 - Jul 95 Supply Closure Flight Superintendent, Plattsburgh AFB, NY:
Responsible to Wing Commander and Chief of Supply for the effective management of supply
closure operations at Plattsburgh AFB, NY. Ensured compliance with the Pryor Act and
Presidents Clinton’s Five Point Plan concerning redistribution of all property on the
base. Directed all actions to close up 185 buildings. Developed and implemented procedures
ensuring the base closed ahead of schedule. Compiled and reported data to Wing Commander
and the Chief of Supply. Served as a key liaison between the Wing Commander and local
community. Supervised 23 personnel.
